Arizona Theatre Company seeks to inspire, engage, and entertain every member of our community through theatre. We offer a variety of accessibility services so that all of our patrons can enjoy our productions.
Arizona Theatre Company offers wheelchair access to every one of our events. A staff of trained volunteers will assist you with directions and any necessary accommodations. When purchasing your tickets, please ask to reserve wheelchair seating or request other assistance.
Assistive Listening System:
Infrared hearing amplification devices with looping capabilities are available for the hard of hearing. Hearing devices are available for no charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Audio Description is available for selected performances and will enhance the theatre experience for patrons who are blind or who have low vision. Patrons may access this service through a listening device available in the Box Office in Tucson or at the accessibility desk in Phoenix.
Captioned Theatre is provided for deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons for selected performances. Patrons should request seats best suited to captioning when they purchase their tickets.
Large Print Programs:
Programs in large print are available for each of our performances. In Tucson, they are located in the lobby. In Phoenix, they are located at the accessibility desk.
American Sign Language Interpretation:
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation is provided at select performances for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please request seating in the ASL section for best sightlines to the interpreters.
