Basic Rental Includes:
- Use of house stage lights and sound system with basic set up (Cabaret Theatre only – Technician required for Holsclaw Theatre)
- Temple Lounge - tables and seating to accommodate 75 people
- Cabaret Theatre - use of up to 90 chairs, risers and two 6 foot tables
- Holsclaw Theatre – House Manager
- Janitor/ Maintenance Service
- 6 hour rental period - Added hours negotiable
Street closure for Courtyard events is possible and is coordinated with the City of Tucson and Arizona Theatre Company.

Individual rental items or services can be added to any rental (based on availability).

*With any use of technical systems or equipment in the Holsclaw Theatre, an event supervisor is required IN ADDITION TO the lighting, sound, or spot light technician or operator.
**Liability insurance must be provided. If ATC insurance used, price to renter is $300 per use.
