Gabriela Urias is a freshman at The University of Arizona majoring in Theatre Arts. She was in ATC's Summer on Stage production of Chicago as Annie, one of the "Six Merry Murderesses." Gabriela was recently in the UA Studio Series’ Short Attention Span Theatre and this April she will be a Band Member in the Studio Series’ Vinegar Tom. Her favorite roles include the Witch in Into the Woods, Maggie in Jake's Women, and Rusty in Footloose.

After receiving her B.A. from Boston University and performing in several independent films throughout New England, Erika moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. She has since performed in stage productions including Cornbread and Corn Beads and The Further Adventures of Super Indian with Native Voices at The Autry. She is a member of Unknown Theater, where credits include Caligula, Blood Wedding, Fables Du Theatre and The Sticking Place. She also appeared at The Alex Theater in The Vagina Monologues. She is currently performing in Not One More Foot of Land at The Secret Rose Theatre. Some film and television credits include Lucky Louie, Spring Breakdown and Midnight. She is represented by L&L Talent and is a member of SAG/AFTRA.

Leannè is Anishinaàbe. Last seen as Cora Tull in The Rogue Theatre’s production of As I Lay Dying she has also been seen with The Rogue Theatre in Major Barbara (Rummy Mitchins) and The Real Inspector Hound (Cynthia Muldoon). Leanne received her BFA in acting from the University of Arizona and performed with the Arizona Repertory Theatre in the title role of Medea, as Edith Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, and Anna Trumble in What I Did Last Summer. Other Arizona credits include Albertine/Maud Moon in the Borderlands production of Dust Eaters and as Linda Waterman in Beowulf Alley’s production of Fiction. Leannè has previously worked with The Arizona Theatre Company in the productions of The Glass Menagerie (Amanda us) and Lost in Yonkers (Grandma Kurnitz us). Film credits include Placeparted (Alice) and Everything’s Fine (Isabella).

Maxton Scott is from Akwesasne, NY. He is Mohawk, French, and Scottish. He spent five years in the US Army with 82nd Airborne Division, with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently studying for his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the New York Film Academy. An active Native American Church member he loves to go to Inipi Ceremonies. He has performed readings of Giving Something Away as Boyak at the Autry National Center and La Jolla Playhouse. He has also appeared as Danny in Danny in the Deep Blue Sea at The Victory Theater and as Zen in Lesser Evils with the Berubians Theater Company. Mr. Scott is also skilled as a mechanic, electrician, and Jack of all trades.

Robert Encila is the founding artistic director of Studio Connections, a local non-profit educational fine arts organization. A native of the Philippines, Robert graduated from the University of Arizona and has worked for the past twenty-two years as a certified teacher and director of over eighty productions. He is a member of Actors' Equity and has appeared locally with Borderlands Theater and Arizona Theatre Company. A frequent performer at BB King's and Birdland in New York City, Robert has written and recorded his own music, now available on i-Tunes and www.cdbaby.com.

Maria Amorocho is a longtime member of the Phoenix acting community. Later this season Maria will be playing the role of Joyce in Body Awareness at Actors Theater of Phoenix, where she has also appeared in Nickel and Dimed, Sight Unseen, A Christmas Carol, Beehive, and Accomplice. Other credits include Nine, Glorious, Picnic, Applause, Prelude to a Kiss, and Working (Phoenix Theatre) as well as Kindertransport, Fiddler on the Roof, The Old Man's Friend, Lost in Yonkers, Meshuggah-Nuns! and Bubbe Meises (Arizona Jewish Theatre). Maria originated the role of Carmen Sanabia in Voices of Valor at both ASU Gammage and the University of Texas at Austin. It has been Maria’s honor to be involved in the development of new plays with The Phoenix Theatre New Works Festival, Theatre Artists Studio, Actors Theatre of Phoenix Writers’ Circle and, many years ago, Arizona Theatre Company. Maria is a member of Actors’ Equity, and is proud to be represented by the Leighton Agency for her on camera and voice over work.

Israel Jimenez is a member of Arizona School for the Arts’ theatre faculty where he currently teaches Acting and Movement for Actors. He recently directed Teatro Bravo’s production of Frida Kahlo and will be playing the title role in Lorca in a Green Dress at the Phoenix Little Theatre this month. Israel’s acting credits include Tomas and the Library Lady (Seattle Children’s Theatre); The Neverending Story, Honus and Me, Miss Nelson is Missing (Childsplay); Rent (Nearly Naked Theatre); Little Queen, 14 (Teatro Bravo); Captain Louie (Stageworks); Hamlet, Fiddler on the Roof, Beauty and the Beast, Oliver! (PCPA Theatrefest). Israel’s commercial credits include television, print, internet and radio as a spokesperson for Salt River Project (SRP).

Cale Epps, Arizona Theatre Company’s Phoenix Education Manager, is a theatre, commercial, film, television and voice actor. Theatres Cale has worked with include Arizona Theatre Company, Arizona Jewish Theatre, Stray Cat Theatre, and Childsplay. Roles of note include the title role of Macbeth, Arial in The Pillowman, and William in Secret Order. Recent directing projects include The Wedding Singer: The Musical Comedy and Twelfth Night of the Living Dead. Recent television and film work include Henry Hill in the Locked Up Abroad episode The Real Goodfella: The Henry Hill Saga for Nat Geo, After Armageddon for The History Channel and the feature film Valley of the Sun. Cale is a Zoni winner and member of Actor’s Equity.

Alida Holguín Gunn, Arizona native/actress/director/teaching artist, is Borderlands Theater’s Education Outreach Programs Manager. She is currently directing the Coyote y Culebra Youth Project: Wind in the Shadows, an original piece of theater inspired and created by students as part of an in-school workshop, writing and performance project. Performances with Borderlands include: Jocasta, Oedipus el Rey and Christina, Electricidad, both by Luis Alfaro; Esmeralda, Earthquake Chica; Picuka, Oliver Mayer’s Conjunto; and the Bride, Bodas de Sangre. Other credits include: Kate, Rouge Theaters’ Immortal Longings; Frida Kahlo, Still Life with Chamber Music Plus; Abby, Fiction for Beowulf Alley (nominated for MAC award; best actress 06); Killer, Killer in Love with Camilla’s Theater, NY; and her own one-woman show Vein, NY. Technical credits include Assistant Director/Stage Manager/Lighting/Sound Technician; A Tucson Pastorela; Maggie/Magalita; The Wrestling Season; Frozen, Beowulf Alley Theater; Caged, NY; One Woman series of Productions at Camilla’s Theater, NY; and The Stella Adler Theater, LA. Alida attended the National Association of Latino Arts and Culture ALAC institute, worked for Herberger Theater in Phoenix with their Youth-at-Risk program, and interned at Mark Taper Forum in L.A working extensively with the Latino Theater Initiative.

A Sacramento native, Cait Kiley is finishing her BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Arizona this spring. Tucson audiences may recognize her from her portrayals of Olive in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods at Arizona Repertory Theatre, where she will also be playing the role of Meredith in Bat Boy: the Musical this April. Other favorite roles include Fiona in Brigadoon, Lily in The Secret Garden and Sasha Smirnoff in the farcical Room Service. Cait is grateful for the opportunities that have been given to her thus far, and ecstatic about the possibilities that lie ahead.

Chris Karl is perusing his BFA in Musical Theater at The University of Arizona. Chris recently got back from doing Texas Family Musical’s tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Naphtali) and Hello Dolly! (Stanley). With The Arizona Repertory Theater; 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Panch), As You Like It (Jaques), Into the Woods (Baker u/s), currently playing Richard Greatham in Noel Coward’s Hay Fever. With Young Artists Ensemble; West Side Story (Tony). Professional credits include Les Miserables Hollywood Bowl Concert (Ensemble). Chris also featured in the Festival of New American Musicals co-chaired by Stephen Sondheim and Stephen Schwartz and featured in Stephen Sondheim’s 75th Birthday Celebration at the Hollywood Bowl.

Michelle Luz is a Senior BFA-Acting major at the University of Arizona. She is a three time Irene Ryan Acting nominee to the American College Theatre Festival for her performances as Dorine in Moliere’s Tartuffe, Olivia in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, and Lucy in Steven Dietz’s adaptation of Dracula. She received an AriZoni Award for Best Actress for her performance as Catherine in Proof. Michelle is currently a member of U of A’s sketch/improv troupe, Comedy Corner. She was last seen as Myra Arundel in Hay Fever and Rosalind in As You Like It at Arizona Repertory Theatre.

Calion Maston is making is making his Arizona Theatre Company debut with Used to Was (Maybe Did). Mr. Maston has worked as an actor, model, writer and singer. Some of his favorite theatrical roles include Richard in The Mean Lady by Lyn Richardson and Eric in What You Don’t Know by Larissa Brewington. His film work includes The Detective’s Lover, written and directed by Travis Mills of Running Wild Films and extra work for Good Faith Casting. He has also performed in live costumed rolls for Encore Creative. He has appeared in web commercial for Purposeful Play directed by Rory L. Christian of Media 528 Entertainment and print for Adaptive Curriculum shot by Christopher Lamont. Mr. Maston has just finished a season with Brelby Theater Company at Viad’s Playhouse on the Park.

For over twenty-five years, Mike has been an actor and director at The Black Theatre Troupe. His favorite roles there include Boy Willie in The Piano Lesson, Mortimer in Arsenic and Old Lace, and Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which he also directed. Other directorial efforts include The Sunset Limited and The Colored Museum. At iTheatre Collaborative, favorite shows include Race; Topdog/Underdog; Oh Dad, Poor Dad… and Death and the Maiden. Shows directed at iTheatre Collaborative include The Maids, Bug and Frozen. Around the valley Mike has also worked with Actors Theatre, Arizona Jewish Theatre, and Southwest Shakespeare Company. Mike has a B.S. in theatre from NAU and is currently touring Phoenix as a substitute teacher.

A long-time member of Actors’ Equity, Kevin Black has acted at The New York Shakespeare Festival, The Shakespeare Theater at the Folger, The Pearl Theater Co. (NYC), Primary Stages (NYC), The Alliance Theater (GA), Indiana Rep, Delaware Theater Co., GeVa Theater (NY), and Laguna Playhouse (CA); recent credits include five seasons at Pacific Repertory Theater (CA), where he played Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire, Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew, Orsino in Twelfth Night, and Hotspur in Henry IV, Part I. His film work includes Capture the Flag (2010), the award winning short film by his wife, filmmaker Lisanne Skyler. Kevin is an Associate Professor of Practice at the UA School of Theatre, Film and Television and regularly appears in ART productions.

Dallas Thomas is familiar to Tucson theatre audiences through her performances with The Rogue Theatre (The Tempest, Immortal Longings), The Invisible Theatre (Premiere, Don't Talk to the Actors, Natives), Beowulf Alley Theatre (Wait Until Dark), among others. Dallas will appear as Perdita in The Rogue Theatre's upcoming production of The Winter's Tale. She holds a BFA in acting from Oklahoma State University and is the production manager for Stories that Soar!

Brent Gibbs is a member of the Acting/Musical Theatre faculty at the University of Arizona where he teaches Acting and Stage Combat. He is a Certified Teacher and Fight Director with the Society of American Fight Directors. He is a member of Actors' Equity Association and Screen Actors Guild. For nine years, Mr. Gibbs served as the Director, Fight Director and Production Stage Manager for one of the nation's largest outdoor dramas, Tecumseh!, located in Ohio. He has gained recognition as an Advanced Actor/Combatant by the Society of British Fight Directors, The Society of American Fight Directors and Fight Directors Canada. For several summers, he taught stage combat workshops at the International Theatreschool Festival held in Amsterdam. In Arizona, Brent garnered an ariZoni Award for his fight direction in the Southwest Shakespeare Company's production of Henry V. This year he will direct Julius Caesar at the Arizona Repertory Theatre, where he serves as Artistic Director.

Matt Walley was last seen as Bill Walker in The Rogue Theatre's production of Major Barbara. Next up is Cash Bundren in The Rogue Theatre's As I Lay Dying by William Faulkner. He is co-founder of Clown RN, a clown therapy program, here in Tucson. He graduated from Dell'Arte International in 2009 with an MFA in Physical Ensemble Theatre and is teaching acting this year at The University of Arizona.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance where she studied theatre performance and production. Her stage credits include Unnecessary Farce, The Laramie Project, Moon Over Buffalo, Stage Door and Love Letters. Aside from theatre, Jennifer is also very active in film and television. She can be seen in the feature films Blood Moon Rising and Life in Transit. In November, she won the Best Actress award from the Phoenix Film Foundation – IFP Phoenix for her performance in the short film No Soliciting. Other film credits include The Tree House, Crushed Velvet, Bittersweet and Masterpiece. She recently appeared in a commercial for National Bank of Arizona and an episode of Be-You-Tiful.

Brendan Guy Murphy is familiar to Tucson theatre audiences through his performances with The Arizona Theatre Company (Ma Rainey's Black Bottom), The Rogue Theatre (Orlando), Arizona Repertory Theatre (Noises Off), Green Thursday Theatre Project (Anger Box, Shakespeare’s R&J), Invisible Theatre (Coming Through), Live Theatre Workshop (The Dining Room) and perennially with the LaughingStock Comedy Company, among others. Mr. Murphy also has extensive film and television credits and most recently formed his own independent film company, MurphySpeaking Films. He is the recipient of the 2008 Buffalo Exchange Arts Award.

Marissa Garcia is a Tucson native and received her BFA in Acting/Directing from the University of Arizona. Since graduating, Marissa has performed and directed with companies throughout Arizona, Colorado and California. She was most recently seen in the title role in The Rogue Theatre's production of Major Barbara. Marissa was seen on Los Angeles stages in premieres of Bernardo Solano's Lost and Evangeline Ordaz's Visitors' Guide to Arivaca, a show she was also involved in here with Borderlands Theater. Other local credits include: Ana in Living Out (2005 Mac Award Nominee - Best Actress), Julia in School of the Americas (Borderlands Theater); Thomasina in Arcadia, Cordelia in King Lear (Arizona Repertory Theatre); Evelyn in Close Ties (Catalina Players).

Victor Bowleg has appeared recently in America Hurrah, (Studio Connections), A Raisin in the Sun, (Arizona Theatre Company), Voices of Success and Struggle (a reading for the Primavera Foundation), To Kill a Mockingbird (ATC), The King of the Kosher Grocers (Catalina Players), Guys & Dolls (Redondo Music Theatre), Guantanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom (Borderlands Theater), Stop Kiss (Live Theater Workshop). Film credits include The Spirituals. He has earned a M.A./J.D. from the University of Cincinnati.

Georgia Harrison, a Junior Acting major at the University of Arizona, is thrilled to be working with Arizona Theatre Company on this reading of La Bella Familia. She is also making her Arizona Repertory Theatre debut this fall as Sorel in Noel Coward’s Hay Fever.

Brooke Davis has appeared nationally in Menopause the Musical including productions in St. Louis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia and New York. Regional credits include The Sound of Music at The Ordway and The Little Hours at New Jersey Rep. Locally Brooke has appeared in Noises Off, The Good Doctor, Quilters (Arizona Repertory Theatre). Pirates of Penzance (Ruth/us), A Streetcar Named Desire (Eunice/us) (Arizona Theatre Co.) and Mrs. California (Invisible Theatre). Brian Levario has been seen on the Tucson Stage many times, most recently as 'Tobias' in Arizona Onstages' production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Some of his favorite rolls include: Tobias in Sweeney, Chip in Spelling Bee, Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street, and Johnny in Tick Tick Boom. A dancer as well, you can see Brian next in Studio Connections' upcoming production of Chicago. La Bella Familia marks Brian's first collaboration with Arizona Theatre Company.
