KEVIN BLACK

George Wilson

Kevin Black appeared as John Beverley in The Last Red Book, the second of ATC’s Café Bohemia play readings this season. A long-time member of Actors’ Equity Association, Mr. Black has acted at the New York Shakespeare Festival, The Shakespeare Theater at the Folger, The Pearl Theatre Company, Primary Stages, Alliance Theater, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Delaware Theater Company, Geva Theatre Center and The Laguna Playhouse. Recent credits include five seasons at Pacific Repertory Theatre, where he played Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire, Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew, Orsino in Twelfth Night and Hotspur in Henry IV, Part I. His film work includes Capture the Flag, the award-winning short film by his wife, filmmaker Lisanne Skyler. Mr. Black is an Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona School of Theatre, Film and Television and regularly appears in Arizona Repertory Theatre productions.

ZACHARY FORD

Nick Carraway

Zachary Ford has appeared as Sir Robin and some other people in Monty Python's Spamalot in Las Vegas, Sir Lionel in David Lee's eight-actor adaptation of Camelot at The Pasadena Playhouse, Tony in West Side Story (StageSceneLA Award), Trevor in iGhost (StageSceneLA Award), Man 2 in Jacques Brel is Alive and Well… at The Colony Theatre Company and Dick in Musical Theatre Guild's High Fidelity. Mr. Ford created the role of John in Stephen Flaherty and Frank Galati's Loving Repeating with About Face Theatre. Other credits include Robby Fay in the Midwest premiere of A Man of No Importance; and appearances at Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire, Apple Tree Theatre, Porchlight Theatre Company and TimeLine Theatre Company. His film and television work includes The Factory, The Broken Heart of Gnocchi Bolognese, and a recurring role on Passions. Mr. Ford is a graduate of the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University and studies with Steppenwolf Classes West.

SOFIA JEAN GOMEZ

Sofia Jean Gomez has appeared Off-Broadway in Signature Theatre’s Angels in America: Part 1 and 2 (Lucille Lortel Award: Best Ensemble 2011; directed by Michael Greif); in Creature at New Georges/Page 73 Productions (directed by Leigh Silverman); and Regrets Only at Manhattan Theatre Club. Regionally, she has been seen in Mary Zimmerman’s The Arabian Nights at Berkeley Repertory Theatre and Kansas City Repertory Theatre; in Mary Zimmerman’s Argonautika at Shakespeare Theatre Company, Berkeley Repertory Theatre and McCarter Theatre Center; The Time of Your Life at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey; Mirror of the Invisible World at Goodman Theatre (directed by Mary Zimmerman); Safe in Hell at Yale Repertory Theatre; Dracula at Denver Center Theatre Company; and Trying at Portland Stage Company. Ms. Gomez has been nominated for a Helen Hayes Award (Outstanding Performer), Denver Post Ovation Award (Best Supporting), and Outer Critics Circle Award (Best Female Principal). Her television credits include Unforgettable (CBS/Pilot). She is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama.

Katie McFadzen returns to Arizona Theatre Company where she appeared in How the Other Half Loves. In Phoenix, her credits include The Kathy & Mo Show: Parallel Lives and The Pursuit of Happiness with Actors Theatre, A Year with Frog and Toad with Seattle Children’s Theatre/Childsplay, Lost and Foundling with Geva Theatre Center/Childsplay, The Women and Something’s Afoot with Phoenix Theatre, Speech and Debate with Stray Cat Theatre and Little Queen with Teatro Bravo. Ms. McFadzen has been a member of the acting ensemble at Childsplay for 18 years. Her favorite Childsplay credits include Still Life with Iris, Getting Near to Baby, Seussical, Miss Nelson Is Missing, Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse and The Big Friendly Giant.

William Peden has appeared in New York at Cherry Lane Theatre, The Ensemble Studio Theatre, Red Bull Theater, Adobe Theatre Company and The Storm Theatre Company, among others. Regionally, he has played Beau Harlan in Shotgun at Florida Studio Theatre, Carl Jr. in Snow Falling on Cedars at Portland Center Stage, Young Bear in Bear Country at Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Kippy in Take Me Out at Capital Repertory Theatre and Davis in Red Light Winter at The Studio Theatre (Washington, DC). His television credits include Law & Order, Guiding Light, All My Children and As the World Turns. On film, Mr. Peden has been seen in The Jimmy Show, Little Horses and Beds Made, Sweaters On. He received his MFA from the Academy for Classical Acting at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC.

Marta Reiman has performed in New York in The Importance of Being Earnest at From the Ground Up theatre; Box Office Poison at Cherry Lane Theatre; as Zelda Fitzgerald in The Jazz Age at Workshop Theater Company; in Sohoshorts at SoHo Playhouse; The Chekhov Dreams at Manhattan Theatre Source; as Marilyn Monroe in Miss Golden Dreams and as Mae West in Courting Mae West at The Actor’s Studio. Her regional theatre credits include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at Fulton Theatre; Dangerous and The Voysey Inheritance at Caldwell Theatre Company; Summer and Smoke at Paper Mill Playhouse; The Night of the Iguana and A Christmas Carol at Hartford Stage; Tom Jones at Dorset Theatre Festival; and The Dining Room at The Electric Theatre Company. Remi Sandri returns to ATC where he appeared as Sherlock in Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club, Much Ado about Nothing, Pride and Prejudice and The Kite Runner. Mr. Sandri has worked at theatres throughout the country, including Geva Theatre Center (A Chorus Line, Twelve Angry Men, Camelot, House and Garden, 1776, The Importance of Being Earnest); ACT Theatre (Arcadia, Othello); Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park (The Mystery of Irma Vep, The Foreigner, The Underpants); Berkeley Repertory Theatre (Macbeth, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Journey to the West); Repertory Theatre of St. Louis (Art, Tuesdays with Morrie); San Jose Repertory Theatre (A Flea in her Ear, Three Days of Rain, Iphigenia at Aulis); TheatreWorks (The North Pool, Violet, Someone Who'll Watch Over Me) and six seasons with Oregon Shakespeare Festival. His television appearances include Law & Order, Conviction and Deadline.

TAYLOR BRADLEY

Dancer

Taylor Bradley was born and raised in Roswell, Georgia and began his training at the early age of ten. From the dance competition circuit to the professional stage, Mr. Bradley has worked with top name choreographers and companies, such as Project 7 Contemporary Dance Company and Mason Dance Project. Recent works include a principal dancing role in Footloose (2011), as well dancing as a soloist in the ABC Family movie Cinderella Story 3. Other works include The CW’s Vampire Diaries, PBS Great Performances as a corp member of George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante, as well as Lucy Hale’s official music video for her single, “Bless Myself.” Mr. Bradley is currently pursuing his passion as a dance and business major at the University of Arizona.

KATHERINE MESSNER

Dancer

Katherine Messner began her dance training at the age of thirteen and is now working towards her BFA in Dance at the University of Arizona. Ms. Messner has been trained in many different styles such as jazz and modern but is most educated in ballet technique. She credits her technical background to her ballet teacher, Christina Hampton. She has participated in several ballet productions such as The Nutcracker and Coppelia. She has spent the past two summers studying with the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and the Boston Ballet School. She received her jazz dance training from Tempe Dance Academy and the dance program at Basha High School where she was a member of the dance company.

KELLY MOELLER

Dancer

Kelly Moeller began her dance training at Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet in Richland, Washington, where she was a senior company member of Mid Columbia Ballet. Her summer studies include Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, International Ballet School, Ballet Austin, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. She has performed Twyla Tharp’s Torelli, George Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments, Arizona Opera’s The Abduction from the Seraglio, Sam Watson’s Punctuations.!?, as well as the principal role in George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante. Today, Ms. Moeller is a junior working towards her BFA from the University of Arizona School of Dance.

JEAN SCHROEDER

Dancer

Jean Schroder is currently a junior at the University of Arizona and has been dancing since the age of five. She began her training at Ballet Idaho, and eventually became a trainee with the professional company at age 13, performing in The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Peter Pan, and Sleeping Beauty, among others. At age 15, Ms. Schroeder joined the contemporary dance company, Idaho Dance Theatre, as an apprentice, and was able to perform in works done by Marla Hansen, Carl Rowe, Lauren Edson, and Kelli Brown. She has attended such summer programs as Dance Fest, Boston Ballet, Harid Conservatory, Interlochen Arts Academy and Ballet Austin. At the University of Arizona, Ms. Schroeder has danced in Sam Watson’s Sculptured Garden; the Balanchine pieces, The Four Temperaments; and, most recently, Allegro Brillante.
