Curtain Up Cabaret

Committee Chairs: Zelda Faigen and Laura Green

Arizona Theatre Company celebrated its 45th season on Saturday, April 21 with CURTAIN UP CABARET 2012, an exclusive onstage experience at the Herberger Theater Center. ATC hosted an intimate cabaret performance featuring Jevetta Steele, star of last season’s critically-acclaimed Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.

The evening began at 6 PM with a wine and hors d’oeuvres reception in the Herberger Art Gallery. Guests were then escorted to Arizona Theatre Company’s professional stage to enjoy an elegant dinner, followed by a private cabaret performance. The evening included a live auction fundraiser offering the chance to win several luxury items including a Dancing with the Stars package which provides airfare to and from Los Angeles, front row seats at a taping of the popular television show, premium hotel accommodations and limousine transportation to the taping.
